We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit an experienced Legal Services Support Manager for their Dublin office. This is a key leadership role overseeing a team of PAs and ensuring the delivery of a consistently high-quality, proactive and professional administrative support service across the business.
You will play a central role in shaping service excellence, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement across the Legal Support function. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.

- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholder engagement relating to Legal Support performance and feedback
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across senior stakeholders, proactively identifying issues and providing solution-focused support
- Attend team and partner meetings, providing updates on priorities and promoting service excellence standards
- Ensure clear, consistent communication across all levels of the business
People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach and develop a team of PAs, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, set clear objectives and provide ongoing feedback and development support
- Manage performance issues in line with HR policies, working closely with Employee Relations where required
- Support recruitment, onboarding, retention and talent development initiatives
- Contribute to talent mapping, and salary and bonus review processes
- Oversee hybrid working arrangements and ensure appropriate office coverage
Operational Management
- Manage workload allocation and resource planning across local and wider support teams
- Apply strong financial awareness to support operational decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and drive continuous process improvement
- Chair team meetings, ensuring clarity on objectives, actions and firm-wide initiatives
Technology & Innovation
- Champion the use of digital tools, systems and self-service solutions to enhance efficiency
- Conduct quality assurance checks and provide constructive feedback to improve service delivery
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes through technology-enabled solutions
Strategic Projects & Collaboration
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects, ensuring effective planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with other Practice Group Support Managers and team leaders across offices to ensure consistency and alignment
- Act as a change champion, promoting adoption of new initiatives and ways of working
- Proven experience in a people leadership role, including performance management, delegation, recruitment and team development
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, engage and navigate complex conversations
- Demonstrated experience in operational planning, prioritisation and delivering service improvements
- A strong commitment to high-quality client service, professionalism and confidentiality
- Technically proficient with a proactive approach to adopting new systems and digital tools
- Experience contributing to wider organisational goals and continuous improvement initiatives
