Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a Leading Law Firm in Dublin city centre, on a Bids Administrator Vacancy. Joining a growing team working with on winning new business through competitive pitch and tender processes. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to kickstart their career and to work in a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with the support of a well-established team. Salary: DOE

The Role

  • Prepare tender documents meeting submission requirements.
  • Coordinate the bid process internally, including gathering response information to meet all deadlines.
  • Liaising with Partners, Associates and business services teams in the firm to update content.
  • Work with the drafting software and content library.
  • Maintain and regularly update proposal content, credentials, CVs, and project experience documentation.
  • Organise and manage bid documentation, submission records, and standard proposal templates to ensure easy accessibility.
  • Keep content libraries, bid resources, and internal systems accurate, current, and well structured.
  • Formatting to ensure top-quality proposals.
  • Identifying new tender opportunities.
  • Ensuring the internal tender tracker is updated to record all key proposal information.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate

  • Recent Graduate or early-career business development / marketing professional.
  • Strong written abilities with strong attention to detail, editing and proof-reading skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to network with colleagues to develop content.
  • Produce high standards of work.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time.
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
