This opportunity will suit a confident Litigation Solicitor who enjoys advocacy and is looking for a role offering significant court exposure and responsibility from an early stage.

You will also have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong advocacy skills with experience representing clients before the Courts.
• Previous experience in childcare, healthcare or RTB matters would be advantageous, although litigation experience is the key requirement.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and case management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
• Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills.
• A full clean driving licence and access to a car.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Ireland as required.
• A proactive, adaptable and team-oriented approach.

• Manage a varied litigation caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion.
• Represent clients in District, Circuit and High Court proceedings, appearing regularly in Court.
• Advocate on behalf of clients across childcare, healthcare and Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) matters.
• Prepare pleadings, affidavits, legal submissions and court documentation.
• Attend hearings, consultations and client meetings throughout Ireland.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, legal risk and procedural matters.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver practical, focused legal advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring the highest standards of client service.
• Ensure files are managed efficiently and in accordance with professional and regulatory requirements.
