Our client, is a well-established and highly regarded mid-sized commercial law firm with an excellent reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice to a broad range of Irish and international clients.
As the Banking & Finance practice continues to expand, the firm is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Partner to play a leading role in the continued growth of the department. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Partner or Senior Banking Lawyer looking to join a collaborative partnership where business development is encouraged, client relationships are valued and entrepreneurial thinking is rewarded.
Salary: to €130k
Benefits: Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Hybrid Working, Equity Partnership Opportunity, Business Development Support
Total Package: Up to €180k
The successful candidate will advise a broad client base including domestic and international lenders, borrowers, developers and financial institutions across a wide range of complex financing transactions, while working closely with colleagues across Corporate, Real Estate, Construction and Insolvency to deliver seamless client solutions.
This opportunity will suit an established Banking & Finance Partner or an ambitious Senior Associate, Of Counsel or Legal Director with a demonstrable track record who is ready to take the next step in their career.
