Working within a collaborative Learning & Development team, this role will take responsibility for managing and delivering a range of professional development and onboarding programmes, including the firm’s flagship development pathways. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing engaging learning initiatives, supporting leadership development, enhancing employee engagement and driving continuous improvement across the firm’s learning strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities
