Our client is a Top-Tier Law Firm in Dublin 2. They have a vacancy for a Funds Registration Executive with 2 years+ relevant experience ideally within professional services. The ideal candidate will have experience in Global Funds Registrations and bring strong analytical skills, focus, and the ability to excel in a dynamic and varied environment. Successful candidates will have knowledge of OFR, UCITS, AIF and other instruments. The role offers possibilities for progression

Salary : €45k

The Role

  • Oversee the registration of client funds for public distribution globally, including preparing and submitting registration applications and notifications to regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor and manage ongoing reporting requirements for funds approved in each jurisdiction, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
  • Adapt to individual client needs and processes while maintaining clear, effective communication with clients and local counsel throughout the registration process.
  • Prepare, review, and collate documentation required for marketing applications, including notification forms and jurisdiction-specific prospectuses.
  • Ensure ongoing adherence to local regulatory requirements and maintain accurate, up-to-date client registration records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party providers, overseeing their deliverables effectively.
  • Prepare quarterly compliance statements and manage all ongoing reporting obligations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement solutions tailored to evolving client needs.

The Candidate

  • 2 years+ experience ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Funds environment.
  • Knowledge of OFR, UCITS, AIF and other instruments
  • BA degree in Finance, Investment management or other relevant degree.
  • Strong experience working with Senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Good initiative and can-do attitude.
