Our client, is a leading international financial services organisation operating at the heart of European capital markets. Due to continued growth, they are seeking Listings Advisor to join their Primary Markets Admissions team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a legal or financial services professional with at least two years’ relevant experience to develop their career within a highly regulated capital markets environment. Reporting to the Admissions Manager for Bonds and Funds, the successful candidate will review listing and trading applications, engage with a range of external stakeholders and contribute to the development of regulatory solutions and market practices.
Salary: Up to €43,000

- Review applications from companies seeking admission of debt and fund securities to listing and trading on capital markets.
- Apply relevant company and EU regulatory requirements to listing and trading applications in a consistent, thorough and timely manner.
- Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers and international financial institutions on matters arising from listing applications.
- Engage with the Central Bank on regulatory matters relating to listings and prospectuses.
- Contribute to policy development, including updates to rule books and the development of regulatory solutions for customers.
- Assist in delivering an efficient and high-quality service to customers throughout the admissions process.#
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Primary Markets function and wider organisation.
- Contribute to initiatives designed to improve processes, workflows and the overall customer experience.
- At least two years’ relevant professional experience, ideally gained within a legal, financial services or similar regulated environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge or understanding of capital markets, with exposure to debt securities advantageous.
- Knowledge or practical experience of EU securities legislation would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with a range of professional stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent English is essential; French language skills would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools or processes would be beneficial, together with an interest in using technology to improve workflows and efficiency.
- A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach to working within a fast-paced international environment.
- A strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a high-quality service.
