Our client, is one is a leading commercial law firms, renowned for advising on complex and high-value transactions across a broad range of practice areas. Due to continued growth within their Construction & Projects practice, they are seeking an experienced (Non Contentious) Construction & Projects Solicitor with 5-8 years’ PQE to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to gain early exposure to high-value construction, energy and infrastructure matters while working alongside leading practitioners across Real Estate, Banking and M&A. The successful candidate will benefit from a collaborative environment, significant client contact and strong opportunities for professional development and progression.
Salary: up to €115k

Total Package: up to €155k
- Advise clients on a broad range of construction, energy and infrastructure projects and transactions.
- Draft, review and negotiate construction contracts, consultant appointments and development agreements, including RIAI, NEC, JCT, FIDIC and PWC forms.
- Work closely with Real Estate, Banking and M&A teams on project financing, acquisitions and development-related matters.
- Provide advice on contractual issues arising during projects, including extensions of time and other claims.
- Assist with dispute avoidance and resolution matters, including conciliation, adjudication and litigation.
- Advise on major developments and projects across residential and living, office, energy, life sciences and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop strong client relationships through direct involvement in significant Irish and international projects.
- For more senior candidates, provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.
- Qualified Solicitor with between 1 and 8 years’ PQE gained in construction, energy or major projects.
- Experience gained within a reputable law firm or relevant in-house environment.
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Excellent understanding of construction and project-related matters, with experience of relevant standard forms advantageous.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, solutions-focused advice.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills with confidence dealing directly with clients and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while working to demanding deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work across practice areas.
- Senior candidates should be comfortable supporting and mentoring junior solicitors.
