Link Personnel have an opportunity to join a well-established Construction Company in North County Dublin. This role would suit someone with 1-2 years’+ previous experience working within Finance. Salary: to €40k DOE

Overall Package: up to €55k
- Managing incoming post and emails for the Finance team on a daily basis.
- Accurately inputting delivery dockets into the company’s accounting system.
- Processing and recording purchase ledger invoices in a timely manner.
- Coordinating invoice approval workflows and ensuring invoices are authorised for payment.
- Investigating and resolving invoice queries through liaison with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Performing creditor statement reconciliations and addressing any discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting document management through filing and archiving.
- Providing general administrative support and assisting with additional duties as assigned by the Senior Accounts Administrator.
- 1-2years+ previous experience working in an accounts focused position.
- Strong MS Office skills in particular excel.
- Previous experience working within the Construction Industry is a plus.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills
- Good team player
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A flexible approach to work
