Link Personnel have an opportunity to join a well-established Construction Company in North County Dublin. This role would suit someone with 1-2 years’+ previous experience working within Finance. You will report into the Senior Accounts Administrator and the role is a new addition to the team due to expansion. Call Emma Skelton NOW on 01 845 6302 for more info.

Salary: to €40k DOE

Benefits: Pension, 2-day WFH, Life Assurance, On-site parking, Flexible working hours.

Overall Package: up to €55k

The Role

  • Managing incoming post and emails for the Finance team on a daily basis.
  • Accurately inputting delivery dockets into the company’s accounting system.
  • Processing and recording purchase ledger invoices in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating invoice approval workflows and ensuring invoices are authorised for payment.
  • Investigating and resolving invoice queries through liaison with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Performing creditor statement reconciliations and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting document management through filing and archiving.
  • Providing general administrative support and assisting with additional duties as assigned by the Senior Accounts Administrator.

The Candidate

  • 1-2years+ previous experience working in an accounts focused position.
  • Strong MS Office skills in particular excel.
  • Previous experience working within the Construction Industry is a plus.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good team player
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • A flexible approach to work
