Link Personnel are hiring a Litigation Legal Secretary on behalf of our client, a well established Law Firm with offices in Raheny and Artane. This role is being created due to an internal move within the firm. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Civil Litigation with good knowledge of PIAB processes. This is an office based role.

- Assist Litigation Solicitor with all aspects of civil litigation files including preparing legal documents, pleadings, briefs and court correspondence.
- Manage high volumes of dictation of litigation correspondence.
- Opening and managing client files.
- Liaising with Courts Service, counsel and solicitors as required.
- Support Litigation Solicitor with diary management, client communications and court date scheduling.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Litigation Secretary in a legal firm.
- Deep understanding of litigation claims processes, court procedures and, in particular, PIAB claim management
- Knowledge of Keyhouse case managment system an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a legal team.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven record of building relationships with clients.
- Solution orientated with a proactive approach to representing our clients’ interests.
