Our Client, a Global Law firm, requires a Global Fund Registration Specialist, to join their team of 8. This is a role that would suit someone with 1-2 years experience in Funds Registration, Compliance, or Fund Administration.

As a Global Fund Registration Specialist, you will report to the Head of Global Registration Services, helping clients with the practical, regulatory, compliance and administrative requirements associated with the cross-border marketing of investment funds globally.

You will help to manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for advising clients on the legal, operational, and regulatory aspects of cross-border fund distribution and ongoing maintenance of fund marketing licencing in multiple jurisdictions.

Salary: to €45k

Total Package: Worth up to €60k

Primary responsibilities include:

• You will assist in advising clients in their cross-border marketing efforts of a range of fund structures, including onshore domiciled UCITS, ETFs and AIF and offshore domiciled hedge and private equity type funds
• Prepare and co-ordinate cross-border fund registrations and post-registration projects
• Advise clients on a day to day basis.
• Prepare quarterly compliance reports/updates for clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on cross-border marketing activities
• Utilise project management skills to ensure efficient execution of tasks and projects
• Evaluate and incorporate feedback and lessons learned from projects, and ensure continuous improvement and scalability of business solutions

The Person

• At least one years’ experience within a fund registration role though other suitable candidates, particularly with a listing, legal, regulatory and/or compliance background, will be considered
• A strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to generate and evaluate new ideas, solutions, and business models
• A collaborative and inclusive approach, with the ability to engage at all levels, both internally and externally
• A hands-on and agile attitude, with the ability to manage multiple projects, resources, and risks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
