The Administrator will support the Estimating Team with a variety of tasks, including:

• Registering and recording drawings and Bills of Quantities in line with established procedures.
• Inputting all relevant project information accurately into systems.
• Copying and distributing drawings and Bills of Quantities as required.
• Issuing drawings and other key documents to subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations.
• Following up with subcontractors and suppliers by phone or email to ensure quotations and information are received.
• Carrying out additional administrative duties as required.

• 2-3 years previous administration experience, Construction would be a distinct advantage
• Ability to build relationships with sub-contractor and clients
• Good numerical skills
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• MS office proficiency, Excel in particular
