This role will be supporting the Solicitor in the Conveyancing Department and will be a fully in-office position. This will suit a candidate who has exceptional organisational skills and enjoys good autonomy in a role.

Salary : to €52k DOE

• Drafting contracts for sale.
• Preparing necessary documents for registration in the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry
• Preparing letters of appointment.
• Stamping of documents.
• Collating reports and trackers to keep clients informed on the up to date status of their transaction.
• Assisting in the preparation of transaction completions.
• Working in a team environment and liaising throughout with clients, agents and banks.
• Other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested.

The Candidate:

• 3-4years experience working within a legal environment, ideally within a Property Department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate and effective use of grammar and punctuation.
• Have enthusiasm, resilience and ambition to find solutions to problems.
• Remain calm and optimistic in time sensitive situations or under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.
• High degree of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
