Link Personnel have been instructed by our Client based in South County Dublin on a Junior Legal Executive vacancy. This role will be supporting the Partner in the Litigation Department and will be a fully in-office position. This will suit a candidate who has exceptional organisational skills and enjoys good autonomy in a role.

The Role
  • Keeping client files up-to-date and accurate.
  • Drafting instructions for Counsel.
  • Compiling briefs for Counsel.
  • Communicating with clients and service providers, addressing any queries.
  • Overseeing the billing procedures.
  • Preparing court and hearing packs.
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks as requested.

The Candidate
  • 1-2 years experience working within a legal environment, ideally within a Litigation Department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate and effective use of grammar and punctuation.
  • Have enthusiasm, resilience and ambition to find solutions to problems.
  • Remain calm and optimistic in time sensitive situations or under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.
  • High degree of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
