They are seeking a Company Secretary to establish and lead a dedicated company secretarial function by centralizing the firm’s existing company secretarial work, currently managed across multiple legal teams. This role will also involve supporting new business and ensuring compliance across various sectors.

As a key member of the Aviation Team, you will work with a diverse range of clients, handling a broad mix of transactional, advisory, and compliance work. Additionally, you will oversee and develop the firm’s internal compliance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and assist clients on compliance requirements under the Companies Act 2014.
• Provide transactional support to the Aviation Team on company law matters.
• Prepare Annual Returns and Annual General Meeting (AGM) documentation.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Draft Minutes, Resolutions, and statutory forms.
• Oversee and continuously enhance the firm’s internal compliance function.

About You:

• ICSA qualified with at least 3 years’ experience managing company secretarial matters in practice or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2014.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A strong academic background.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
