Candidates

At Link, we understand that our candidates are clients. A quality service to job seekers is crucial for our business, so we aim to provide a wraparound service for candidates that makes them feel supported.

Our Application Process

Link Speed and Service


We aim to reply to applicants within 24 hours. Our consultants will respond via phone or email and organise to meet you to discuss your preferred role in more detail. Should you miss us, you can always call your consultant back, or call our switch on 01 8456312

Link Listening


Our qualified consultants offer a one to one service that commits to understanding and fulfilling the needs of our candidates, not throwing out random job opportunities that don't connect with what our candidates have asked for. The first thing we do is listen, not talk.

Link Guidance


Once we have both agreed on the correct path for your career, our wraparound service continues. We help tailor your CV for the job, offer regular updates on the status of your application, and give comprehensive interview preparation ahead of your meeting. Our job is to get you one.

Link Finishing the Job


In the event of a job offer, we counsel candidates on their options, provide help with any contract queries and ease the transition into your new role. Our service doesn't stop there. We make sure our candidates are fully prepped for their first day, and check in to make sure they are happy and comfortable. Your dedicated consultant is always available to help.
