The Role:

You will have the chance to work across a broad range of tax matters, while also developing deeper expertise in your particular areas of strength. The team advises on a wide variety of complex and high-profile issues, including:

• International tax and cross-border planning for corporate restructurings, reorganisations, and inward investment into Ireland.
• Capital markets and structured finance transactions.
• Investment banking and general banking transactions.
• Private equity deals.
• Transfer pricing strategies and compliance.
• Asset and project finance, with a focus on both international and domestic aircraft and equipment.
• Mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and IPOs.
• VAT, indirect tax, and broader advisory services.
• Real estate tax matters.
• Tax controversy and litigation.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor or Tax Advisor.
