Our Client, a large Manufacturing Multinational, requires a Supply Chain Planning Analyst for its site in North Dublin. This is a permanent position.  Call Emma for more information on 01 8456302.

The Role:

  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in supply chain processes, emphasizing a Lean methodology (e.g., optimizing logistics transactions, storage utilization, inventory turnover, and freight operations).
  • Forecast customer material requirements aligned with the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Leverage Can Build analysis tools to assess the impact of demand changes on forecasting and supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate as a key contributor with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance) to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee component availability throughout product life cycles to ensure alignment with demand.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on supply chain KPIs to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the Procurement Team in onboarding new suppliers, ensuring efficient order coverage and supply chain integration.
  • Analyze material processing workflows, from goods issue to consumption, to identify and implement efficiency improvements.

Experience for this role:

  • 2-3 years experience working within Planning, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • BA Degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar.
  • Experience of working with Material Planning & Control Systems covering BoM structures, Engineering Change Management, Master Production Scheduling, Planning Master Data Management, Schedule-based replenishment models, ‘Lean Supply’ methods and Logistics supply models.

  • You are a clear and confident verbal communicator.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
