Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior Partners within its Corporate department.
This is a senior-level support role requiring excellent judgement, discretion and organisational ability. You will anticipate priorities, manage complex and competing demands, and ensure that the Partners’ time, client commitments and internal responsibilities are coordinated effectively.
Salary: €50k-€60k Depending on experience

- Provide proactive, confidential and high-level PA support, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Manage complex diaries and inboxes, prioritising meetings, correspondence, deadlines and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate domestic and international meetings, conference calls and events, preparing agendas, papers and briefing materials as required.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodation and transport, anticipating changes and resolving issues promptly.
- Support client relationship management and business development activities, including meetings, events, contact management and follow-up actions.
- Prepare, format and quality-check correspondence, presentations, reports and other documentation to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain accurate records and manage matter-related documentation using document management and CRM systems.
- Process expenses, invoices and other administrative requirements, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaise closely with Partners, colleagues, clients and internal business services teams including Finance, IT, Marketing and Business Development.
- Monitor key priorities and commitments, identify potential conflicts and ensure actions are progressed proactively.
- Provide support across the wider team when required, while maintaining a strong focus on Partner priorities.
- Significant experience in a senior Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, ideally supporting Partners or senior executives within a professional services environment.
- Highly discreet, trustworthy and professional, with a strong understanding of confidentiality.
- Excellent judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities, sensitive matters and last-minute changes with minimal supervision.
- Exceptionally organised, detail-focused and reliable, with a proactive approach and strong follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
- Calm and professional under pressure, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Flexible, collaborative and service-focused, with the confidence to work independently.
- A mature and professional approach, with the ability to anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders and provide a consistently high level of support.
