The Role:

• Manage complex diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements.
• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Maintain and organize client files, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Assist with billing, expense management, and other administrative tasks.

The Candidate:

• Proven Litigation experience as a Legal PA, ideally within a Top Tier or International law firm.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with good attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in legal Case Management System and MS Office Suite.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach.
