Our client, a law firm based in Dublin City Centre has instructed us to recruit for an Employment Law Senior Associate with 7+ years PQE to join their team. This role will work closely with the Partners on the team and involves a mix of contentious and non-contentious work for clients both national and international. Salary: Depending on experience (up to €130k)

Total Package: up to €180k

The Role:

• Experience in handling both employer and employee employment law litigation;
• Experience in handling all aspects of Employment Law litigation including the WRC, Labour Court and High Court;
• Advocacy experience.
• Experience dealing with trade union issues and disputes.

Experience:

• 7 years+ PQE
• Experience in a mid or top tier employment law practice group is a plus.
• Experience in a client facing role.
