As part of the Dublin Commercial team, you will:
Advise on commercial contracts, particularly those involving IP, technology, or digital services.
Work with clients in sectors such as technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences.
Provide clear, practical advice on commercial and regulatory issues, including data protection and digital regulation.
Support clients in their dealings with regulators.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver high-quality, consistent advice.
Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the Dublin office and wider practice.
