Our client, a mid sized Law Firm located in Dublin 2 is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Property Team team. Our client is also open to candidates with up to 12 months’ PQE (0-1 years).

Candidates who are NQ will need to have gained experience in Property during their traineeship

Salary: to €70k

Benefits: Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, 1 day WFH after probation,

Total Package: up to €90k

Responsibilities

• Manage Commercial and Private Client Conveyancing files.
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Title checks, raising queries, and drafting contracts
• Perform against KPIs and billing targets.
• Support and assist in the provision of high-quality legal services to the Firm’s clients
• Case Management
• Monitoring of case and key dates
• Ensuring transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently

Additional Skills and Expertise:

• Desirable: Insolvency / Receivership Conveyancing Experience

Experience with Case Management systems, particularly Practice Evolve

• Essential: A high level of motivation and an ability to act on one’s own initiative

Strong organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills essential; Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining attention to detail and strong client focus
