Our Client, a large construction company based in North County Dublin, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team. Salary: to €60K DOE

Overall Package: to €80k

Duties:

• Plan and coordinate corporate events, ensuring promotional and branding materials align with the company’s messaging and effectively represent their brand.
• Partner with the HR team to promote the company’s employer brand, aligning marketing strategies with recruitment goals. Develop campaigns to attract top talent, including graduates.
• Regularly monitor and analyse competitors’ branding and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to ensure their marketing strategy remains competitive and adaptive to industry trends.
• Oversee all digital branding initiatives and collaborate with teams on-site to ensure brand consistency in physical locations, such as construction site signage and other visual materials.
• Protect and maintain the company’s brand identity across all platforms, including digital assets, on-site branding, and physical materials. Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure visual and messaging consistency.
• Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy, ensuring engaging, consistent content that resonates with their target audience. Focus on boosting brand awareness and driving engagement.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience:

• BA degree in Marketing/Communications or similar.
• 3-5 years previous experience within a Marketing role.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Produce high standards of work.
• Very organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
