- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of marketing professionals.
- Gain a deep understanding of the Dublin office’s goals and its practice groups, proactively developing and executing initiatives to support these objectives.
- Ensure that marketing activities are aligned with corresponding business development strategies and plans.
- Assess the effectiveness of key marketing campaigns and adjust future strategies based on return on investment.
- Utilise effective communication channels to promote thought leadership and enhance the office’s public profile.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage the Firm’s corporate sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Work closely with the Digital & Creative Services team to produce compelling content.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of necessary marketing collateral, both printed and digital.
- Integrate insights from marketing campaigns into the BD/CRM plans.
- Manage the marketing budget.
- Contribute to key projects within the Business Development and Marketing team.
- 5 years+ experience in a Marketing ideally within a professional services environment.
- BA degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant degree.
- Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation, demonstrating enthusiasm and initiative.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage a varied and consistent workload.
- Skilled in working under pressure, managing multiple ongoing projects with tight deadlines and budgets, while maintaining high-quality output.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to understand and respond quickly to the needs of senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, building relationships with both local and global marketing teams.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
