Link Personnel are hiring a Legal Secretary for an International law firm to support its Dispute Resolution team, providing high-level support to senior fee earners in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role requiring strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and discretion. You will provide comprehensive legal secretarial and PA support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities for senior lawyers.
Salary : to €53k

The Role:
- Preparing, formatting and amending legal documentation, pleadings and correspondence to a high standard
- Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and handling travel arrangements
- Proactively monitoring inboxes, responding where appropriate and flagging priority matters
- Supporting the billing process, including time entry, invoicing and liaising with finance teams
- Organising internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining a professional and responsive approach
- Managing case files and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Liaising with document production and wider support teams on larger documentation requirements
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support the wider Dispute Resolution team
The Candidate:
- Proven experience supporting senior fee earners within litigation/dispute resolution
- Strong document production skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in diary management, travel coordination and billing processes
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A flexible and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to support the wider team
