Profile

We are looking for Legal Secretaries with strong experience and skills. Big firm experience is not a must. Experience with up to date systems as well as experience supporting multiple fee earners is a big plus. Candidates should have a proven track record of working well to deadlines and adapting to changing situations. Strong administrative (Typing MS Office skills) are key to the role. Experience of legal billing systems is a Plus.

Further Experience Skills

• WPM 60+.
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency with Legal Case Management System
• Strong PA Diary Management Skills.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• An ability to support 2-3 fee earners and prioritise workloads effectively.
• An ability to work well under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability.
