Link Personnel have been instructed on a vacancy for a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Associates in a Top Tier Law Firm. This is a busy, varied role suited to someone who takes pride in precision, discretion and keeping senior stakeholders organised and well supported. Salary: to €56k

Overall Package: to €66k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex diaries, arranging meetings, appointments and travel

  • Preparing comprehensive travel and business development packs, tailored to the purpose of each trip and the relevant clients or contacts

  • Producing and amending high-quality documentation from digital dictation and handwritten notes, in line with house style

  • Managing the full billing process from initial preparation through to completion

  • Supporting business development activity by researching clients, preparing meeting materials, compiling biographies and gathering company information

  • Recording and reporting business development activity using a CRM system

  • Proactively managing emails, calendars and contacts, prioritising correspondence and maintaining accurate records

  • Maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems, ensuring documents are accurate, current and well organised

  • Providing general administrative support including printing, scanning, posting and photocopying

  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required to support Partners and Associates

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of four years’ experience as a Legal PA or Secretary supporting senior fee-earners

  • Experience in Real Estate is an advantage, however other practice area experience will be considered
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience using document management, billing and digital dictation systems

  • Highly organised, with the ability to re-prioritise quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible, adaptable and able to manage competing demands effectively

  • Trusted to work with a high level of discretion and confidentiality

  • A team-oriented approach, with a willingness to support colleagues when needed

  • Motivated to learn, develop and continually improve skills and knowledge
