Our Client, a well established, city centre law firm, requires a Legal Secretary PA to support their Commercial Team on a 9 month contract. Candidates should have excellent Legal Secretarial skills as well as strong PA skills (Diary Management, Travel Itineraries, Client Service)

Salary: to €48k

Benefits: Bonus, Healthcare contribution, Travel Tax Incentives, Bike to Work Scheme

Total Package: up to €55k

Duties:

• Produce quality work fast and efficiently
• Document Management
• Manage & organise the Head of Dept on all aspects of their calendars promptly and efficiently
• Support client relationships including maintaining client contact details
• File maintenance & general administrative support
• Support invoicing and billing on a weekly monthly basis

Experience:

• Experience as a Legal Secretary
• Experience supporting Partners Senior Managers as a PA
• Dictaphone typing speeds of WPM 65+
• Experience of using a Document Management System desirable
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
