Link Personnel is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Dublin 4 law firm for an experienced and professional Front of House Receptionist.
This is a key client-facing role, offering an excellent opportunity to join a busy legal environment where first impressions, exceptional service and attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a welcoming and professional reception experience while providing practical administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Salary: to €45k

- Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, staff and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at all times.
- Manage the reception area, meeting rooms and visitor arrivals, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and organisation.
- Provide a high level of hospitality, including refreshments, meeting room preparation, AV setup, parking arrangements and lunch coordination.
- Operate the telephone switchboard, manage general enquiries and inboxes, and ensure calls and messages are handled efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to legal and support teams, including document preparation, scanning, filing and handling incoming and outgoing post and couriers.
- Coordinate meetings, internal events and day-to-day reception requirements.
- Manage reception and meeting room supplies, monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to support office operations, resolve issues and maintain a consistently high standard of front-of-house service.
- Oversee the telephone and headset system, assist with staff onboarding and liaise with the service provider when required.
- Train and support reception cover staff, ensuring consistent procedures, service standards and effective handovers.
- Take responsibility for fire safety procedures as Lead Fire Marshal and support wider health and safety and office compliance requirements.
- Liaise with building management and concierge services to ensure efficient visitor management and smooth daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all office and reception policies and procedures are followed.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or client-facing role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and confidence using telephone switchboard systems and document management platforms.
- Experience in a professional services or legal environment would be an advantage.
