Link Personnel have been instructed by our Client based in South County Dublin on a Junior Legal Executive vacancy. This role will be supporting the Partner in the Litigation Department and will be a fully in-office position. This will suit a candidate who has exceptional organisational skills and enjoys good autonomy in a role.
The Role
Keeping client files up-to-date and accurate.
Drafting instructions for Counsel.
Compiling briefs for Counsel.
Communicating with clients and service providers, addressing any queries.
Overseeing the billing procedures.
Preparing court and hearing packs.
Handling ad-hoc tasks as requested.
The Candidate
1-2 years experience working within a legal environment, ideally within a Litigation Department.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate and effective use of grammar and punctuation.
Have enthusiasm, resilience and ambition to find solutions to problems.
Remain calm and optimistic in time sensitive situations or under pressure.
Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.
High degree of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
