The Role:

Managing and developing a team of four people within the finance function.

• Provide analytical, forecasting, budgeting, LRBP and financial guidance and support to all functions at the site.
• Financial reporting.
• Co-Ordination for month end consolidated financial statements.
• Ensuring timely closing of SAP and subsequent reporting submissions to the head office.
• Submission of annual business plan.
• Managing product costing and manufacturing variance reporting.
• Providing continuous improvement in the finance function.
• Corporate tax including calculation, liaising with tax advisors and group tax reporting
• Preparation of Statutory Accounts, Regulatory and Revenue returns to a final review stage
• To support the Finance Director on ad-hoc projects as required
• Recruit, retain and manage of a team.
• Ad-hoc reporting as required.    

The Candidate:

• Successful candidates will be CIMA \ ACCA qualified.
• Experience with SAP and familiarity with in IFRS an advantage.
• Previous experience working within healthcare sector is a plus.
• Intelligence reporting – Power BI, Process Automation, Design Optimisation.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Motivated and excellent inter-personal skills.
