Link Personnel are seeking an Administrator to join a busy Estimating Department of large construction firm based in North County Dublin. This team is responsible for producing detailed and timely estimates and tenders in line with procedures and client requirements to help secure new projects. This is a 12-month FTC role.
The Administrator will support the Estimating Team with a variety of tasks, including:
Registering and recording drawings and Bills of Quantities in line with established procedures.
Inputting all relevant project information accurately into systems.
Copying and distributing drawings and Bills of Quantities as required.
Issuing drawings and other key documents to subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations.
Following up with subcontractors and suppliers by phone or email to ensure quotations and information are received.
Carrying out additional administrative duties as required.
