Our Client, a mid tier law firm in Dublin 2 currently has a vacancy for an Employment Law Solicitor with 5-9 years’ PQE. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor who wants to provide high-calibre advice, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of a busy Employment Law practice.
Total Package: up to €160k
- Experience in assisting employers with the full range of legal issues that may arise during the employment relationship, from recruitment to exit;
- Advising on risk management and employment issues during corporate transactions and transfer of undertakings;
- International labour and employment law experience is highly valued
- Strong experience handling volumes of WRC and Labour Court cases
- Experience of advising employers on day-to-day HR issues such as managing disciplinary processes, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, pension issues and statutory entitlements; and
- Understanding of public sector specific employment law.
- Excellent drafting skills;
- An ability to generate new client relationships and maintain and expand existing client relationships;
- Collaborating at all levels with an ability to communicate points clearly;
- A calm and measured approach to problem solving;
- A willingness to attend networking and marketing events, when required.
