Link Personnel’s client is a leading Law Firm in. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate PA to support senior executives and assist in the smooth operation of their Corporate Team. This role requires an individual with strong administrative skills, an understanding of legal processes (ideally), and experience with billing and legal document drafting in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Salary: to €55k

Overall Package: to €65k
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and personal tasks as needed.
- Client Liaison: Act as a first point of contact for clients, handling queries, arranging appointments, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Correspondence Management: Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of key communications.
- Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread a variety of business documents, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of client billing, ensuring all services rendered are accurately documented and billed in a timely manner.
- Track and log billable hours for senior executives and ensure that time entries are accurate and submitted for invoicing and resolve any related queries.
- Experience in a Legal, Corporate Banking, or Financial Services Environment: Strong understanding of corporate structures, financial documentation, and legal procedures.
- Proven Experience as a PA: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar corporate or legal environment.
- Legal Document Drafting Experience: Proven experience in drafting and formatting legal documents (contracts, agreements, NDAs, etc.), ideally within a corporate or legal firm.
- Billing & Timekeeping Expertise: Experience with client billing, invoicing, and timekeeping, with a solid understanding of billing systems and processes.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior executives, clients, and legal professionals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with legal billing and document management software (e.g., iManage, Aderant, or similar tools).
- Confidentiality and Discretion: High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and Flexible: Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
