The successful candidate will work across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, advising domestic and international clients on significant development and investment projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Advising on the acquisition, development, structuring, leasing and disposal of large-scale commercial developments.
• Working directly with international and domestic clients on complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Negotiating commercial leases and agreements for lease on behalf of landlords and tenants.
• Advising on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and company disposals.
• Supporting owner-occupiers in the acquisition of office, industrial and manufacturing properties.
• Advising on the acquisition, disposal and financing of individual assets, portfolios and loan portfolios.

This role will suit an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with strong technical expertise and a commercial approach to client service.

You will be confident managing a varied workload, capable of working independently and comfortable building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
