Salary: to €45k DOE

Package: Up to €55,000

The Role:

• Taking instructions from Solicitors.
• Answering queries from client’s or 3rd party Solicitors.
• Attending court.
• Legal research.
• Preparing briefs.
• Preparing booklets of pleadings/motions/court orders
• Admin support as required, including photocopying, filing of documents and dictations.
• Handling of files post completion.
• Releasing and scheduling title documents.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate should have:

• Diploma in Legal Studies / A minimum of 1 years’ experience in within a legal environment/ experience in a busy office environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams with colleagues, clients and external advisers.
• Be highly organised and detail oriented.
• Pro-active individual.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
