Our client is a Large International Law Firm in Dublin which currently has a vacancy for a Litigation Legal Secretary.

This role will provide legal secretarial support to the Insolvency Department. Working in a very collaborative team environment this is lovely role for a candidate looking for their next move! Call Orla Craig on 018454651 for more info

Salary : to €48k depending on experience

Benefits: Pension, Bonus, Healthcare, Hybrid Working (1 day WFH)

Total Package: Up to €55k

The Role
  • File management: opening, closing and maintaining files
  • Document management: Manage high volumes of typing letters and other documentation; amending documentation as required
  • Court administration: Preparation of court documents and briefs; liaising with Counsel as required.
  • PA Duties
  • Administration activities including filing, photocopying, answering the phone.
  • Invoice management.

The Candidate
  • 2 years+ Legal Secretarial experience.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Work well as part of a team with ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Good IT and systems skills
  • Ability to use their own initiative and manage time efficiently.
