What experience do we look for in Qualified Company Secretaries?

• Organising AGMs and EGMs
• Dealing with the CRO
• Following the Companies Act 2014
• Client facing experience
• Attending and taking minutes at Shareholder and Board meetings
• Being point of contact for the Board/CEOs
• Ensuring adherence to Corporate Governance and Compliance Regulations
• Arranging Central Bank Filings
• Maintaining Statutory Registers
