As a Recruitment Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in managing our Student Placement and Graduate Programmes, working closely with the HR team to attract and retain top talent. The Role:
- Promote the company’s culture, values, and benefits to attract high-quality candidates, including college placement students and graduates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and career services to identify top talent.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for career fairs, ensuring a strong company presence at these events.
- Represent the firm at career fairs, engaging with students and graduates to showcase career opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end process for our College Student Placement and Graduate Programmes, from advertising roles to onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure all onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and end-of-placement presentations, are completed efficiently.
- Track and review student performance before their placement ends.
- Maintain accurate records by updating the HR system with new starter details and required documentation (e.g., training certificates).
- Support recruitment activities by sourcing and screening candidates, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Provide clear and timely communication to candidates about the progress and outcome of their applications.
- Assist with work permit and visa applications when required.
- Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment systems are kept up to date for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the HR team and site teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Manage recruitment advertising across social media, job boards, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and respond to queries in the recruitment mailbox.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices, contributing to initiatives that improve efficiency and hiring quality.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare quarterly and annual reports.
