Salary:  to €34k

The Role:  

  • Preparation and proofing of all client programme materials.
  • Client support and follow up (attendance and feedback records).
  • Vendor Management.
  • Enhancement of client documents with design flare.
  • Administration and support duties
  • Proofing and preparing all client programme materials.
  • Drafting and preparing client training materials and all consultancy reports.
  • Maintaining the Company Learning Hub (LMS) for all client training curricula and support the ongoing changing needs as required.
  • Liaising with our partners to coordinate all of the activities required for the production of client diagnostic and general reports.
  • Booking and confirming training venues and team accommodation.
  • Setting up and managing attendance and feedback records.
  • Coordinating activities and liaising with existing and new vendors to ensure our operation is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

The Candidate: 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration, team support, fast-paced environment.
  • Leaving Cert.
  • Demonstration of advanced IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Worked in a fast-paced, agile environment, with proven ability to multitask and manage time.
  • Demonstration of ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Evidence of client excellence and execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating drive and enthusiasm, with ability to work independently as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Detail oriented and task focused with excellent organisational ability.
  • Flexible and open to change
