Salary: €50000

Benefits: up to 20% shift bonus + 5-10% bonus + Overtime + Subsidised canteen

Total Package: Worth up to €65000

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• The Team Leader shall assume responsibility for his/her area and be accountable for all aspects of the team’s performance.
• He/she shall act as first point of contact for issues and shall seek resolution by using the skills and resources of the team and minimizing the need for further escalation.
• Working with other cross functional departments (Warehouse logistics, Procurement, Engineering & Production), he/she shall ensure that the internal customer needs are met without causing disruption to production schedule.
• He/she shall support the inspection team tasks when needed.
• He/she shall implement methods and processes, allocate manpower and resources, identify problems and provide solutions and improvements in their respective process.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Ideally with 2 years quality experience leading a team and working within a quality environment.
• The incumbent will have a Leaving Cert or equivalent and a third level qualification is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of operations within a Quality Department is required.
• Experience of general Quality inspection activities with a background in problem solving in a dynamic regulated environment with tight deadlines is an advantage.
• Be self-motivated and capable of motivating his/her team members to meet the Team and plant objectives.
• Leadership, organizational, reporting, interpersonal and communication skills, planning, analytical/problem solving skills are required.
• Knowledge and experience of our Materials/Inventory planning systems is essential.
• SAP experience required.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required.
