Our Client, a large corporate based in Dublin City, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join their team. Salary: to €35K

Duties:

• Update the firm’s website
• Managing all social media, including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Assist Marketing Department with delivering the firm’s design requirements, such as advertising, brochures, social media graphics.
• Ensure all branding is consistent across all formats.
• Assist the team with all of the firm’s sponsorship activities.
• Work on the firm’s email marketing systems.
• Monitor and track their online presence using Google Analytics, SEO and other.
• Assist with events as required.
• Other admin ad-hoc tasks when needed.

Experience:

• 1-2years+ working in a similar role/environment.
• Previous CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal skills.
• Strong design skills-Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign is a bonus.
