Salary:  to €50k DOE

The Role: 

• Overseeing the onboarding of new clients and managing matters for existing clients.
• Building and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Initially handling Irish listing applications (Central Bank of Ireland / Euronext Dublin), with the potential to expand into managing a broader range of international listings over time. This includes preparing all necessary listing documentation, such as reviewing listing documents for compliance with national regulator/stock exchange rules, completing application forms and cover letters, and collating client AML documentation as required.
• Managing regulatory filings with the Central Bank of Ireland and Euronext Dublin.
• Securing international identifier codes (ISIN, CFI, FISN, and LEI) for clients.
• Providing ad hoc support to the team as needed.

The Candidate: 

• Previous experience working in a Listing Executive/Advisor position.
• Is highly professional, reliable, and brings energy and focus to their work.
• Thrives in a busy environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure.
• Is an engaging, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Is organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Strong IT skills.
