Link Personnel are hiring a Legal Secretary for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with our client, a Top Tier Law Firm in Dublin 2. Full time or part time hours can be considered for the successful candidate.
Salary: to €48K (pro-rated for Part-Time)
Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, 25 days AL, Hybrid working, Bonus
Overall Package: to €55k
The Role:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.
Oversee the billing process, including time entry, invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements during client onboarding.
Manage auditing and accrual requests for clients.
Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and templates.
Handle digital dictation and transcription.
Process expenses accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update the client database.
Organise and manage both physical and electronic files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
The Candidate:
2–3 years of secretarial experience, ideally in a legal or professional services setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
