Link Personnel are hiring a Legal PA.  This role will be supporting 2 Partners (one part time) and 3 other fee earners in the Corporate Department of this Top Tier Law Firm in Dublin 2. With a hybrid set-up the successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary and Benefits.

Salary:  to €45K

The Role:

• Drafting, amending, preparing correspondence and documentation to a high standard, in accordance with house style and to tight deadlines.
• Client invoicing – drafting narratives, preparing reports, and tailoring to client specification through e-billing.
• Maintaining and archiving files – hard and soft copy.
• Organising travel arrangements.
• Diary management.
• Other secretarial, administrative and ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested.
• Inputting and reporting on Business Development data in their Interaction CRM system.
• Compiling Business Development documentation for new client meetings.

The Candidate: 

• 2-3 year’s + relevant experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and good typing speed.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; the ability to manage a busy workload and meet client needs on a consistent basis.
• You have experience working with Document Management and Billing Systems
• Good experience with Digital Dictation systems.
• A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
