Our Client, a top-tier law firm based in Dublin 2 requires a Healthcare Legal Executive for a permanent role. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office. The role offers autonomy and a very competitive remuneration package.

Salary: to €40k

Role: 

• Supporting solicitors in managing caseloads.
• Handling and dealing with incoming calls from clients, solicitors, medical attendants, insurance companies etc.
• Preparing Brief’s for Hearing.
• Engrossing Pleadings.
• Liaising with barristers/witnesses etc. re hearing dates.
• Scheduling settlement/consultation meetings on cases.
• Opening new files.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ Healthcare or Defence Litigation experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team to achieve objective.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, ‘Can do’, Customer first attitude.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Case management software experience.
