Our Client, a Firm based City Centre, have instructed Link Personnel to hire a Legal Executive for their Debt Recovery Team. This is an on-site permanent position.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced team while growing your skills in Personal Injury. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Solicitors in actively managing their daily workloads.

Salary: to €44K

The Role:

• Progression of debt recovery proceedings in District, Circuit and High Court.
• Liaising with client as required by the supervising Solicitor.
• Dealing with debt queries, the application of payments and the delivery of invoices and reports to client as required.
• Taking instructions from solicitors and liaising with the client or 3rd party Solicitors in relation to queries.
• Provide support for all administration tasks as required, including photocopying, filing of documents.
• Ensure all time is recorded – both chargeable & non chargeable.
• General handling of files post completion.

The Candidate:

• 2 years+ experience as a legal exec
• Debt Recovery \ Mortgage Litigation experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to be self-motivated and independent.
• Strong Typing skills and good IT skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable with handling a range of tasks in a fast-moving, environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, flexible and very well organized
