The Role:

• Liaising with clients in a proactive and professional manner
• Responding to internal and external queries
• Liaising with relevant stakeholders regarding appropriate action in relation to Debtors
• Flag any possible issues or concerns that may impede payment
• Generate monthly and weekly reporting.
• Assisting with the processing of bills as required

The Candidate:

• Experience within a Professional Services or Corporate environment.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS office suite, in particular Excel
• Proactive and speedy approach to tasks
• Experience reviewing and generating reports
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to prioritise urgent matters
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
