Salary:  to €40k DOE

The Role: 

  • Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of their Trainee Lawyer, Summer Intern, Career First, First Step, Business Services, and Legal Tech Programmes.
  • Assist with organising and supporting group inductions and training sessions.
  • Prepare for internal events and coordinate sessions with partners.
  • Attend and prepare for external promotional events and university career fairs, which may involve travel outside of Dublin.
  • Provide comprehensive support for their internal recruitment and selection processes.
  • Liaise with career services and student societies at relevant universities.
  • Manage attendance bookings for university career fairs.
  • Draft sponsorship agreements for relevant universities.
  • Coordinate and execute a monthly social media content plan in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
  • Assist in planning and preparing for onboarding new joiners recruited through the Graduate Talent and Development team.
  • Provide support in coordinating monthly payroll.
  • Set up and update employee profiles on the HR system, including workflows for new starters and leavers.
  • Oversee the coordination of the onboarding process.
  • Manage the graduate recruitment inbox and address phone enquiries.
  • Process invoices related to graduate expenses.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate: 

  • You have a minimum of two years’ previous experience in a high-volume administrative role.
  • Ideally, you have a background in HR operations or recruitment.
  • You excel in fast-paced environments.
  • You are creative and passionate about producing digital content.
  • Is an engaging, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Is organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong IT skills.
